A cable car trip is the shortest means to reach Kalinchow Darshan top station. The 2.5 km long cable car ensures a smooth and safe journey, all the while giving you an up-close view of the untainted wilderness.

Cable Car: The 2.5 km cable car ride takes around 6 minutes to reach the Kalinchowwk Darshan top station.

A cabin accommodates 8 passengers. A child above 3 feet of height requires a ticket.

Kalinchowk Darshan Ticket Information

  • The above rate are inclusive of all local taxes and applicable VAT.
  • Child is categorized by their height. Children above 3 feet and up to 4 feet height qualifies for child rate.
  • No tickets applicable for child up to 3 feet height.
  • Elderly citizen and student rates are applicable for Nepali only and requires proof or ID.
  • 60 years and above qualifies for elderly citizen rate.
  • The validity of the cable car ticket is  for 7 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be made if the validity expires.
  • All passengers are insured up to NPR 500,000.
  • 15 kg baggage allowance is given free of charge. Baggage exceeding the weight limit will be charged @ of NPR 16 per kg .
